About
Daena is a BA Film and Audio-Visual Communication graduate from the University of the Philippines – Diliman. She has work experience in sales and marketing, research and community organizing and fashion photography and commercial video production. She remains to be most passionate about illustration, writing, photography, entrepreneurship, politics and travel.
She is at peace with the fact that while she’s aware of all her shortcomings, she banks on her openness, persistence and organizational skills in accomplishing her goals. She is particularly fond of drawing portraits (people-monsters) and taking photos of inanimate objects (bringing out the life in them), creating experiential short films/videos and surrounding herself with people and objects of strength, character and beauty.
